How We Started
Start Right Up was founded in 2026 by two founders who know exactly what it feels like to start over in a new country. Our founders, originally from Thailand and the Philippines, first arrived in Singapore as students. Over the years, they navigated every stage of that journey themselves — from their first days in Singapore as newcomers, through the years of building a life and career here, to eventually calling it home.
That firsthand experience is what Start Right Up is built on. We've personally been through the paperwork, the waiting periods, the unfamiliar systems, and the small everyday questions that no guidebook answers. Now, we help others skip the guesswork.
We work closely with individuals, families, and corporate HR teams to provide personalized, end-to-end relocation support — from home search and moving logistics, to school search and settling-in essentials. Because we've lived the process ourselves, we understand not just what needs to get done, but how it actually feels to move to Singapore and build a life here.

Ice
Co-Founder, Start Right Up
Ice first arrived in Singapore as an international student, navigating a new country's systems — housing, banking, school, everyday life — with no one to show her the way. That experience stayed with her. It's why she co-founded Start Right Up: moving to a new country should come with support, not guesswork. Ice now leads Start Right Up's work with clients from Thailand, drawing on her own move to Singapore to guide others through the same unfamiliar steps, so no one has to figure it out alone.
Dianna
Co-Founder, Start Right Up
Dianna moved to Singapore as a student, following her parents who came here for work, and has called the city home for 19 years. She grew up here, continued her studies, and began her career as an engineer before later transitioning into a more client-focused role. Over the years, friends and fellow Filipinos often turned to her for practical guidance on navigating life in Singapore—from housing and everyday essentials to understanding local systems. These experiences gave her first-hand insight into the challenges people face when starting over in a new country. Together with Ice, she co-founded Start Right Up to turn that experience into practical, personalised support for individuals and families making Singapore their new home.
